Wellness Capacity (Note: Ceiling height restrictions apply)

  - Yoga/Movement: Up to 10 mats for full stretching/sun salutations
  - Modified Practice: Up to 12 mats for side stretches/warrior poses
  - Seated Events: Up to 16 mats for meditation/sound baths

Event Capacity

  - Workshop Style: 2 large tables with seating for up to 16 people
  - Mixed Event Format: Up to 30 people (standing/mingling with 50% seated)
  - *Please note: Our charming period property features lower ceiling heights which may affect certain activities and taller guests*

- One-off bookings: £65 per hour
 - Regular weekly bookings: £45 per hour

Sunday Bookings

- £30 surcharge applies to cover additional staffing costs

Equipment Included on request £5 per hour

Important Booking Information

- Minimum 2-hour booking for all one-off sessions made outside of office hours (9am - 6pm)
- Regular bookings can be made in 1-hour slots

Payment Terms

- Full payment required at time of booking

Cancellation Policy

- 2+ weeks notice: Full refund
- 1-2 weeks notice: 80% refund (20% deposit held)
- Less than 1 week: No refund, but booking can be transferred within 6 months
- Less than 48 hours: No refund or transfer available

Insurance Requirements

- Copy of insurance & public liability required before first session
- Must be submitted in advance of arrival

Setup & Pack Down:

Advertising

- We share all events on a monthly “what’s on’ poster which is currently on the reception desk and back of doors.
- We will share your appropriate post to The Loft stories on Instagram and website
- While we cannot guarantee bookings, The Loft is a well used and busy community and word of mouth has always been our most successful marketing tool

Parking

- Various public car parks nearby
- Morrisons is next door and has a time limit of 2 hours
-Bell Street carpark is a 2 minute walk, payable via Ringo (some spaces restricted to 3 hours)
- West Street carpark is a 4 minute walk, payable via Ringo

Advertising is not the responsibility of The Loft, but we will help where we can

- Please include setup and pack down time in your booking
- Arrive 15 minutes before your event to set up
- Ensure space is cleared by end of booking time
